The admission fee is JPY 0! You can enjoy Japanese lessons from JPY 4,000 a month. You can take lessons according to your pace!

Succession of remaining tickets when you change course

If you, a student changes the course within one week in principle and are approved by the TalkativeTokyo office, the remaining number of tickets for your old course can be granted to your new course, as “free tickets” and can be succeeded. You can apply from "Customer Service Mail" or "Inquiry Content Input Screen". Please note that the Platinum Course has the right to take one lesson every day and cannot be succeeded because there is no concept of remaining tickets.

Credit-card payment/ PayPal/ payment with Mobile-Carrier charge
  • The date you paid for the first time, will be your monthly payment date.
  • After the first month of your initial payment, the payment will be automatically renewed.
  • You can pay on your payments by PayPal payment, domestic credit card (VISA, Mastercard, JCB, AMEX, Diners), overseas credit card (Alipay or 支付宝, UnionPay or 銀聯), carrier payment (Softbank).
  • If you are withdrawing from membership, we will accept it until 2 days before payment date. If you are a customer with continued payment by credit card etc., we will accept your withdrawal from membership until 2 business days before the end of the month's business day.
  • After 1 day before your payment date, you shall owe your monthly lesson fee by automatic deduction. Please note that if you are a customer with continuous payment by credit card etc., you shall owe your monthly lesson fee by automatic deduction, from after 1 day before the last business day of every month.
  • If you are withdrawing from a member, you can easily proceed from the website.
  • Regarding the right to attend a lesson, in principle, we will grant learner's rights (number of lessons per course) only when there is a notification from the clearing organization that settlement is confirmed. However, depending on the settlement period, the notice may be delayed from the first day of the month, so in this case, we will treat it as having been settled until the existence of settlement is known. If it is found that the user was able to take the lesson before the existence of settlement is determined, but later that the settlement for the current month was not made, separately, we will charge the fee equivalent to the attended lessons. As a result, the user shall pay the fee equivalent to us.

The following four companies do not have a settlement function of continued withdrawal. For customers who use payment in these companies, please be aware that purchasing tickets is only for each settlement (each time payment).

【Lesson established / not established】
In TalkativeTokyo lesson, the lesson fee may sometimes return as a merchandise or reimburse, if it is judged that the lesson is not established due to natural disaster, blackout, poor connection, unexpected accident or illness of lecturer/student or other unavoidable circumstances. The establishment of the lesson shall be judged by the lecturer and the headquarters of TalkativeTokyo.
【About expiration date and refund of lesson】
Your ticket validity period will be up to 20 times until the end of the next month of the purchased month. For example, please note that lesson tickets purchased for 10 times in January will be until the end of February and 20 times. For cancellation and other refunds, we may refund only unused monthly lesson tickets within the valid period. In this case, please note that lessons tickets within the validity period will not be eligible for refund if partially used.（Partial cancellation not possible）
